The governing body will conduct an executive session pursuant to Indiana's Open Meetings Law, IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 for the following reason(s):

Collective Bargaining
1.2
Initiation of litigation or litigation which is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.
1.3
To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees. This subdivision does not apply to any discussion of the salary, compensation, or benefits of employees during a budget process.
