    1. OFFICIAL NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

    The governing body will conduct an executive session pursuant to Indiana's Open Meetings Law, IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 for the following reason (s):

    1.1 Strategy discussion with respect to:
    •  Initiation of litigation or litigation, which is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.
    2. To discuss job performance evaluation of individual employees.
