    1. OFFICIAL NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

    The governing body will conduct an executive session pursuant to Indiana's Open Meetings Law, IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 for the following reason (s):

    1.1 Strategy discussion with respect to:

    1.    Initiation of litigation or litigation, which is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.

    2.    With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction:  to receive information on the individual's alleged misconduct; and to discuss, prior to determination, that individual's status as an employee.

    3. To discuss job performance evaluation of individual employees.
