    The governing body will conduct an executive session pursuant to Indiana's Open Meetings Law, IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 for the following reasons (s): 

    1.1 With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction:
    • to discuss, before a determination, the individual's status as an employee.
