    The governing body will conduct an executive session pursuant to Indiana's Open Meetings Law, IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 for the following reasons (s): 

    1.1 Strategy discussion with respect to:

    Any individual over whom the board has jurisdiction:

        I.    to discuss, prior to a determination, that individual's status as an employee.
