    1. OFFICIAL NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

    The governing body will conduct an executive session pursuant to Indiana's Open Meetings Law, IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 for the following reason(s):

    1.1 Strategy discussion with respect to:

    a.  Initiation of litigation or litigation, which is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing;

    b.  The purchase or lease of real property up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties.
