Superintendent Meeting Notes
superintendents present: Edsall, Spray, DeKoninck, Arkanoff and Clendening.
Dr. Edds discussed the recent boot camp held with Southport leadership, Marketing Central Nine, and the possibility of Martinsville entering the co-op.
Mrs. Otte discussed a grant opportunity with the superintendents. Dr. Spray asked about any current legislation that superintendents need to be aware of. Dr. Edds discussed HB 1001 which is the budget bill. The discussion centered on vocational reimbursement that is in the budget bill and how it will be a problem if it remains as is. Dr. Edds asked the superintendents for feedback on their impression of what makes a good superintendent-C9 relationship. There were several points made with discussion following.
