Request Approval of MOU with University of Southern Indiana

Request Approval to Move Inactive Fund Balances to the Central Nine 50th Year Sponsorship Fund (Fund 22)
- Combining these funds will allow us to install can lights in the Commons and Audio Video Equipment in the LGI for recording Governing Board Meetings based on recent legislation.

Request Approval to scrap three vehicles from Auto Service that are no longer relevant to the program.
